Our story begins ... with one of the strangest sites I've ever witnessed. A full grown woman (Mas) bundled in a white ski jacket with multiple layers underneath, and thick covers on top. By contrast, I took this picture whilst in my shorts.	This is one cool dude. His name is Javier. He is the best guide I had in all of Peru. He was always on time, super-efficient, and always anticipated my next question. If you go to Peru, look him up!	Mas and I start our journey at Lima airport. Neither of us has slept very well since we stayed at a combination hotel and casino -- with AWFUL live music, and thin, thin walls. It's hard to smile so early in the morning.
